Newly Updated Premium Processing Fee and Timeline

As of Monday, October 19, 2020, USCIS has increased fees for premium processing. The law also expanded case types that are eligible for premium processing. Please note that the ‘expanded availability’ of premium processing will take effect when USCIS is able to implement them. Please watch for the next announcement. Below is the detailed chart.
